Changes

Changes I've made. I've decided to be a realist today instead of an idealist.

1. Quit smoking 11 months ago.
2. Working out for 35 minutes 3-4 times a week.
3. Only go out to eat once a week (ok, sometimes twice)
4. Eat filling foods (hummus, bluberry shakes) in between smaller meals
5. Know when I'm full and don't eat more
6. Stopped drinking everything but diet soda, milk, and water
7. Cut down alcohol by 75% ... only have 1-2 a week if that
8. More sex.
9. Try TRY not to eat after 8 pm at night. If I do eat, lighter or fruitier
10. I went down a size and lost five pounds.
11. I want to lose 34 by the time I leave Maryland in June.
